Have you ever felt like what you are being told to do just doesn't resonate with you and that within your yoga, your body or your day to day life you have a burning desire to just do it your own way. Well.... then I strongly suggest that is just what you do!
Choose to tune in to your true nature, feel the elements all around you and witness in your self what those things are that make you feel great and just do that.
