If your strong enough to let it in...

Your strong enough to let it go.

Following on from a previous post - have you let it all go?! Or have you let it in?

Who says truth is beauty after all?

Wondering..... where you are?

Are you a visitor in your own life?

Or is the thing keeping you strong, just where you are right now.

Try some simple chanting to create some prana in your body and then sit with the silence and see if any answers or emotions arise to these questions, maybe it is a physical reaction that you experience.

Mahamrityunjaya Mantra (maha-mrityun-jaya) is one of the more potent of the ancient Sanskrit mantras. Maha mrityunjaya is a call for enlightenment and is a practice of purifying the karmas of the soul at a deep level. It is also said to be quite beneficial for mental, emotional, and physical health.

The chant:

Om Tryambakam Yajamahe
Sugandhim Pushtivardhanam
Urvarukamiva Bandhanan
Mrityor Mukshiya Maamritat

We Meditate on the Three-eyed reality
Which permeates and nourishes all like a fragrance.
May we be liberated from death for the sake of immortality,
Even as the cucumber is severed from bondage to the creeper.
