Take me to the cliffs... 'please'... walk close to the edge.

On the first page of our story, the future seemed so bright... now haunting and being hunted, silent is what I feel. I put a spell on you, because your mine. You make it look likes its magic. Never confused. Empowered - are you? Who is your hero? Is this magic, is it the answer or do you ever feel like you are under a spell? Do you like the way it hurts? Dominated or submissive.

Do you lead your life as someone who sets goals to be here there or wherever by such and such time, and did you know that often those types never even begin on the first leg of the journey or abandon it at the first hardship.

Our internal desires are not concomitant with our external actions. In the psyche, this presence is where often someone may wish to be in a relationship but end up doing all they can to sabotage it.

Procrastinations giving rise to self-hatred, shame that is suppressed, new beginnings that are needed, and all overdue endings are never met. Everything is derailed, demolished and decapitated.

There is something missing. You are perceptive, maybe you get lost in the psyche, but when able to hold whatever it is in the consciousness, you may be able to take action to resolve the matter.

Turn the key.

Then, be willing to open the next door to really see what it is that one sees and all one's self destruction and deadness.

The ability to stand what one sees, enables one to return to their deep nature, there to be sustained in all thoughts, feelings and actions. One may attempt to follow orders, and agree to be ignorant about the inner secrets/ truth, one can only comply for so long.

Be perceptive, for you are able to see the truth of it all. Our naive self gains knowledge of the killing force that is loose within the psyche when in this state of procrastination. This is never to be feared but may be used as energy to create. It holds creative potential. It stands as the decimation of the deepest and most soulful aspects of ones creative life.

Lets look at The Cow. In India, this animal is sacred. But why? The cow is a symbol of the Earth, the nourisher, the ever-giving, undemanding provider. The cow represents life and the sustenance of life. The cow is so generous, taking nothing but water, grass and grain. It gives and gives and gives of its milk, as does the liberated soul give of his spiritual knowledge. The cow is so vital to life, the virtual sustainer of life, for many humans. The cow is a symbol of grace and abundance. Veneration of the cow instils the virtues of gentleness, receptivity and connectedness with nature.

Don't try to save someone or save yourself for that matter. The water is clear and the air is getting colder, you may feel shadows over your shoulder. A lawless state of mind. Maybe what you need from these spells, is protection. Self boundaries, yet openess and trust that you, as you is enough. You can choose to be a giver, you can choose to give back to yourself in many ways. Choose Love.

“Why don’t more people respect and protect this remarkable creature?” Mahatma Gandhi once said of the Cow, “One can measure the greatness of a nation and its moral progress by the way it treats its animals. Cow protection to me is not mere protection of the cow. It means protection of all that lives and is helpless and weak in the world. The cow means the entire subhuman world.”

Your loves got you looking so crazy right now! No rules, no punishments, no secrets. Daunting to some to Iive this way. It means no control.  It means removing the persona we have created, the mask that you have chosen to show to the world. It hides much. Wearing this mask, its easy to present a near - perfect persona, a near perfect facade.

The trouble and the truth begins when we have begun to see - to really see the killing, the sabotage. The patterns. You may no longer pretend it does not exist.

A key is symbolic for entree to mystery, we see this used in fairytales. You may ask a question, what is it in me that lays killed or dying? What stands behind? What is not as it appears? Can you find the answer.

As we look, we may witness how the psyche immediately poisons any new growth, shuts itself down, determined to hold on to the mask, our current way of being, killing off anything that comes in to contact with it. However, positively, paradoxically as the old life, habits, behaviours are dying, you are beginning to live.

A friend recently reminded me to look at the work of Chögyam Trungpa. We may look at Crazy Wisdom. The phenomenon as a process of spiritual discovery, as coined by Chögyam Trungpa.

Not from my own words, here is an explanation of it....

"Instead we explore further and further and further without looking for an answer. We don't make a big point or an answer out of any one thing. For example, we might think that because we have discovered one particular thing that is wrong with us, that must be it, that must be the problem, that must be the answer. No. We don't fixate on that, we go further. "Why is that the case?" We look further and further. We ask: "Why is this so?" Why is there spirituality? Why is there awakening? Why is there this moment of relief? Why is there such a thing as discovering the pleasure of spirituality? Why, why, why?" We go on deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper, until we reach the point where there is no answer. At that point we tend to give up hope of an answer, or of anything whatsoever, for that matter. This hopelessness is the essence of crazy wisdom. It is hopeless, utterly hopeless"

Seen from the perspective of the unillumined mind, operating on the basis of a sharp separation between subject and object, perfect enlightenment is a paradoxical condition. The enlightened adept exists as the ultimate Being-Consciousness but appears to inhabit a particular body-mind. In the nondualist terms of the Indian teaching known as advaita vedanta, enlightenment is the fulfillment of the two truths: the innermost self (atman) is identical with the transcendental Self (parama-atman); and the ultimate Ground (brahman) is identical with the cosmos in all its manifestations, including the self.

We could say that we as followers, seek liberation/release by acquiring (knowledge) of the identity of Atman and Brahman. It is the idea that Moksha (freedom, liberation) is achievable in this life.

Maybe your a masochist? Inside your heart. Afraid to let it go. Don't let the past dictate. Don't let others dictate. You may be slowly losing faith after being patient. So please, believe you could love but maybe your lost on a road to misery, still under this spell. What you choose to give, you can never get back.

So please, give. The shadows of your heart are hanging in the sweet, sweet air. Control. A need to confine you. Where do you belong?

With dignity, strength, endurance, maternity and selfless service, care for you. You are worth it, you deserve it. Respect, honour and adore. Give more than you take. Let people in. They may even show you ways you dont know. Completely wrapped around an honest herd.

In class tonight, we will focus on giving back to ourselves through our Yoga practice, we will remove the need to fix anything about yourselves and we will aim to manifest Love and Soul. We will focus on building strength, endurance and care to ourselves. The only thing in life that we possess that is difficult to destroy is our soul. Lets move and create openhearted connectivity, just as it comes.

See you there.

Namaste. I honour the place in you where the entire universe resides... a place of light, of love, of truth, of peace, of wisdom. I honour the place in you where when you are in that place and I am in that place there is only one of us. - Mohandas Gandhi
