To surrender requires us to centre our mind to the present moment, to disregard past and future thoughts and to build trust between your mind and your body connection. We will be working to find that 'sweet spot' as it is known, where you challenge your body to release in to areas of tension, yet not pushing it so far that your muscles tighten and inhibit the stretch, but to find that mid point where your mind is focused and your muscles begin to trust and gently stretch that little bit further than you thought possible.
