What is your pattern of trying to manage impermanence?
Embrace the change
Like the River of life running through us
Fake it, to make it?
Afraid of not knowing?
Wake up out of your thoughts and come in to your senses.
Become open to impermanence.
Thoughts keep things static.
Begin to tolerate uncertainty.
How are you relating to areas of change and loss? Feel it. Ask yourself.
Imagine opening to different dimensions of this loss with deep kindness.
Not control, judgement or blame but with compassion.
Be willing in to uncertainty, to not know.
Create a heart that is ready for anything.
Not opening we stay small.
Gift to open is....
Start loving more fully and remember what matters.
Understand what namaste means!
See the scared and the truth of who we really are.
Open to the depth of the purity and the light.
I see the divine in you. I see the light that is living through you.
You and I are gonna die, I see the precious moments we shared. I am grateful.
