I want to explore the idea that many practices now focus on resting in the mind and
neglect the body.
Some also consider the actions of the body to be irrelevant and distracting, considered almost less effective practices than being able to master the mind.
I beg to differ slightly and ask us to explore the benefits of truly getting to know your actual physical vessel too!
And how important is still too is to move!
Truly inhabit the body
Take up citizenship in our personal residence.
When we discover the internal environment again we realise it is as rich as any country and in a constant state of flux or change.
