Discover YOUR YOGA i-D – Connecting Yoga and You – 10 Week Course – 2017 

Next Course starting 2017 - PRE- BOOKED ONLY

This YOGA i-D course is an introduction to Yoga i-D and takes you on a journey to connect Yoga and You.

It encourages each student to explore their own body, bringing awareness to its own mobility, its mindfulness and develop techniques to relax during this winter season.

Students will learn basic Yoga Philosophy, simple movements (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation that can be applied to each individual’s life and style.

Deep Yogic Relaxation and Mantra will bind each session to fully connect and tune in to your self.

Tea, sweetness and community will end our practice before our journey back home.
